We worked with Sine (designer) at Lucvaa the entire team from start to finish were on point ! ..The Cabinets could not have been better and they stand by their product and made some very minor adjustments. We are very happy with Lucvaa kitchens there is a extensive wide selections to choose from.The designer we had was Nisa choudhury, she very knowledgable &gave a tour of showroom. Over a couple of weeks she came up with a design we did a kitchen,dinning room entertainment center a bathroom&a bedroom closet.There quality is very good from fit to finish,pricing for the amount of cabinets we did is very reasonable.The installation was done in a timely fashion very professionnel after the install there was a little area he missed they came next day and touched it up,there follow up service is excellent,they really stand behind there product.We would highly recommend the designer Nisa she took the time back &forth till we were happy with our choice with no pressure. Working with Lucvaa Kitchens and our personal designer to create our dream kitchen in our new, open floor design concept was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!! Lucvaa's amazing kitchen designer, Renata, worked closely with us and our personal desiner with great patience, through many changes, offering suggestions, bringing our ideas to life on her design boards, until we had exactly what we wanted!! A tour of their manufacturing plant gave us great confidence in the quality of their work and the beautifully finished cabinets that we were looking for! The installer worked with great skill and patience to put our kitchen together and make it a reality, which we absolute love. It is so bright and fresh and open! My husband says every day how much he loves our new kitchen!!🥰 Even a couple of corrections and my desire for some extra shelves, for easier accessability and extra storage, was delt with quickly and efficiently. Lucvaa's customer service rep, Aza, was wonderful to deal with and kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the new kitchen. Overall my husband and I had a very positive experience with Lucvaa. The product is beautiful, customizable and flexible. The team was very patient as we went back and forth to finalize our millwork and offered ideas along the way. Outside of the product being beautiful, the management team and installation teams were incredible, generous with their time and accommodating. The showroom is lovely and has a wide variety of samples so that you can really pull all the pieces of the puzzle together. It makes such a difference, especially if you aren't particularly handy and might not be able to describe exactly what you want. We had an issue with our millwork following installation (not of their doing) and the team truly understood how hard and frustrating that can be. They were supportive, understanding and leant a hand throughout the process of amending the issue. We would definitely recommend Lucvaa and as we continue to develop our home, we'll definitely go back.

We've worked with Lucvaa for years now as custom home builders and they've always done an excellent job. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really shows in their kitchens and cabinets. Gajen, the owner, is great to work with. He's always easy to reach, knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about every project. He consistently makes sure everything is done right and on time. Aza is awesome too. She keeps everything running smoothly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Our clients often mention how helpful and clear she is throughout the entire project. Souresh, their installer, is a true pro. His installations are clean, precise, and done quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

My experience with Lucvaa over the years has been nothing but remarkable. My first project was in 2018, where I had my kitchen and bathroom done. My initial contact with the designer Sine-Tibeb was very respectful, warm and kind. The customer service my family and I received throughout the project were exceptional. Delivery and installation were done as promised by the company with an amazing transformation to my home. In 2024, I had my second project with the company and they did not disappoint. I was fortunate to work with my same designer, who ensured that all my design requests were met with satisfaction and the outcome was amazing. April 2025, I encountered an issue with my spice rack that had to be repaired; through no fault of the company. I spoke with Aza near the closing of business hours, she took the time to listen to my concerns, requested pictures of the unit that needed repair to save cost on service call. Aza responded to my email the next business day to informed that the service department has been notified. Aza followed up thereafter, to provide consultation on parts and labour. She provided several options that were available with consideration given to cost savings to me. The most economical option was chosen, which resulted in an immediate appointment for service. Suresh, the service technician came out and repaired the unit. He was very professional and kind. He took the time to complete the repair, checked his work and checked the adjacent cabinets to ensure that everything was working properly. All my encounters with this company over the years have been great. They provide great design, high quality products, good price points within the industry. Installation and delivery are always on time has promised. Thank you Sine-Tibed, Aza and Suresh for a good customer experience.

Just had an office wall unit installed by Lucvaa and I am very pleased with the results. Our designer Sine-Tibeb was great to work with and extremely helpful during the design process by providing expert guidance. She was on site when the measurements were taken and the installation was seamless and on time. Our wall unit complete with crown mouldings and sliding doors looks amazing and makes our office complete . I would highly recommend Lucvaa for your next project. The Lucvaa team went way above and beyond in designing and installing the perfect kitchen in our house. The quality of the work is amazing. Everyone on their team was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process and worked well with the other trades on site. I contracted Lucvaa for our kitchen cabinets based on a recommendation from a family friend, and the final outcome was fantastic. The new kitchen brought a fresh dimension to our home. The designer, Carolina worked closely with my daughter to provide practical solutions for utilizing the limited space more effectively. She worked tirelessly, offering various options for the kitchen layout, and was extremely patient throughout the process. Carolina was also very helpful, understanding our constraints while providing reasonable and creative suggestions. When we visited Lucvaa’s office to finalize the quote and explore options for cabinet designs, colors, countertops, and more, the team was incredibly welcoming. The President of Lucvaa was very down-to-earth and even gave us a tour of the warehouse, explaining the cabinet-making process in detail. My daughter was thoroughly impressed, which solidified our decision to proceed with Lucvaa for the kitchen cabinets. Due to other commitments, we needed to postpone the kitchen renovations. Lucvaa was very understanding and assured us that we could notify them 5–6 weeks in advance once we finalized the renovation date. During this time, Carolina went on maternity leave, and the project was seamlessly transferred to Aze. Aze communicated schedules and timelines well in advance and was very accommodating to our preferred delivery and installation dates. The delivery and installation were completed on time without any delays. The quality of the work was exceptional, and everything was executed perfectly. I need also to emphasize that Lucvva wants customers' satisfaction as their priority rather than their business benefit which is a great example that one of the cabinet after installation in the hallway the bottom of the cabinet needs to be changed to reflect the living area paint color, after the installation they have changed as per my request. we absolutely love our kitchen, thanks to Lucvaa. I will happily recommend Lucvaa to my friends and family!

My husband and I built our custom new build with the help of Lucvaa Kitchens. They helped us with the kitchen, walk-in closet, and mudroom. Caroline was such a pleasure to work with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and so patient. Any time I wanted a new rendering she was on it ASAP and she was always so helpful with ideas. People tell me I have really high standards but Caroline at Lucvaa met all of them. We will miss her dearly as she goes off on mat leave. We were looking for someone to assist with remodeling our kitchen and approached our plumber, Gurmeet (a great plumber, if you are looking for one), who directed us to Usman Aurangzeb, a Designer at Lucvaa Kitchens. From our very first meeting with Usman, and follow-up meeting with him at Lucvaa Kitchens, we had no doubt that we made the right decision! Usman designed a great functional kitchen which has also turned out to be our new dream kitchen!! Usman is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He accompanied us to select our new flooring that would go well with our cabinets. He even helped us to make the right decision with our countertop and backsplash and now that it is all done, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Usman also gave us the best team: Brandon, came to install our new flooring and we were amazed with the thought and careful planning when laying the floor. When the cabinets were delivered, Usman sent Henry, who meticulously installed each cabinet with precision and even though, to our naked eye, it seemed fine, Henry wasn’t happy and until it met with his seal of approval, only then did he move on to the next. Mark and his team installed the countertop and backsplash. Yet again, kudos to Usman for referring us to the best. We would absolutely recommend Usman for any kitchen remodeling. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and delivers the BEST. Great experience with Lucvaa! We had Caroline as our designer and she was great to work with, went well above what we initially asked for and it looks (and functions) amazing! The few flaws we found (hard to see in the well lit warehouse, showed up more in shadows in the house) were very promptly replaced with no questions asked. Wonderful experience all around!

We contracted out the Kitchen cabinet work with Lucvaa. The overall process that we went thru is quite rigorous, either it is design review, options on the materials, detailing and such. What we observed is that Lucvaa team thoroughly reviewed the design that our designer has proposed and advised what will work and what needs to be tweaked to still stay within the intended design goals. Lucvaa also advised us of additional options like grilled drawer for dry vegetables and step ladder that folds nicely into the cabinet toe-kick that we added after the completion of project. With respect to installation, Lucvaa was ready on time for the installation but our kitchen was not ready to accept it due to incomplete finishing of the mud/drywall. The installation team had to wait for some time but finally after some delay they started working without a fuss. The kitchen cabinets are well leveled. There was few short-coming on the ceiling and it was adjusted by scoring the top panel. Paint toughness is also of good quality because my two young kids have not be able to put a dent yet in any of the island sides yet. All in all, Gajen the owner, Sandeep the QA Engineer, Suresh and Jenu from installation team, all did a very good job. Thank you Lucvaa kitchen for your dedicated work.

The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and they delivered on schedule! They were also very accommodating when there was an issue many months after installation even though it was not their fault. Highly recommended!!

We bought a Lucvaa Kitchen 10 years ago and the quality and workmanship of this kitchen is incredible. It looks as good as the day they installed it. They did a large kitchen, pantry and bathroom cabinets. Recently we had a flood in our laundry room and called Lucvaa and they sent up Suresh to look at the damage and replaced them right away. The customer service is as important as the quality of the cabinets and both are why I would use Lucvaa.

Our kitchen renovation was recently completed, and we could not be more pleased with the results. We walked in the show room and loved one of their assembled designs. We contacted Lucvaa because two of our friends had hired them for their kitchen - which we had seen and loved. It was the best decision we made in our major house renovation. We used Lucvaa Kitchens 6 years ago for a centre island in our kitchen and a new bar for our basement. So when it was time to redo our complete kitchen, we went with the best again Lucvaa !! It was an absolute pleasure working with Debra Furtado, not only for various suggestions she made to enhance our kitchen but during the whole installation process she dropped by numerous times to ensure everything was going according to plan. My wife and I decided that a kitchen upgrade was overdue and so started the search for a company that will deliver a quality product at a decent price. We came across Lucvaa through a friend of ours and visited their factory. As a retired General Manager I was very impressed with their manufacturing processes and decided that these folks were the ones that will deliver a quality product. We looked at 3 other companies among the hundreds that are around but Lucvaaa stood out for us. They have now finished installing our kitchen and it exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and finish. This indeed is a company that have developed and instilled in all their employees a Customer Service culture and we experienced it in spades. It is truly rare that I come across an enterprise that actually delivers customer service. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the workmanship and level of customer service Lucvaa Kitchens has provided. The owner, Gajan was very pleasant to work with and insisted he take us through the shop to have a look at their production facility. Khlood (the designer) was amazing...she was patient and very helpful in guiding us through the design/decision making process. Al (the site measurement manager) was very efficient. Aza (the installation coordinator) was very pleasant to work with. The delivery guys were on time and efficient and the installer (Dennis) was very meticulous with his installation process.
