Niagara Region is part of Lucvaa’s core Ontario service area. From Grimsby and Lincoln on the Lake Ontario shore through St. Catharines, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Niagara Falls down to the Lake Erie communities of Fort Erie and Port Colborne, we design, manufacture, and install custom cabinetry across the full peninsula.

Niagara projects span century-home renovations in Niagara-on-the-Lake’s heritage areas, vineyard estate properties through the wine country, family homes in St. Catharines and Welland, and waterfront properties across both shores. Manufacturing is at our Etobicoke facility; installation is coordinated through our network or with your contractor.

How Lucvaa works in Niagara

Showroom and on-site consultations

Most of Niagara is 90 minutes to 2 hours from our Etobicoke showroom. Many Niagara clients prefer a remote-first start, with a showroom visit or site visit scheduled when the project scope justifies the trip.

In-house design

Standard Lucvaa five-stage design process with full 3D renderings. Niagara residential projects typically complete design in 3 to 5 weeks.

Scheduled delivery via the QEW

Lead time from signed order to ready for delivery is 6 to 10 weeks. Niagara is on our regular weekly delivery schedule via the QEW.

Coordinated installation

Niagara installations are coordinated through our installer network or with your local contractor.

• Niagara-on-the-Lake heritage homes. The Old Town concentration of century homes presents the same heritage construction considerations as central Toronto: out-of-square walls, variable ceiling heights, and detail preservation. Our cabinetry is designed accordingly.
• Wine country estate properties. Vineyard estates across Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln, and Grimsby, often with whole-home cabinetry packages and entertaining-focused kitchens.
• Catharines and Welland family homes. Established neighbourhoods and newer subdivisions. Practical, family-scale kitchens with substantial storage organization and durable finishes.
• Niagara Falls residential. A mix of older homes near the river and newer family-home developments. Renovations often involve full kitchens plus bathrooms and mudrooms.
• Lake Erie waterfront properties. Fort Erie, Port Colborne, and Wainfleet shoreline homes. Cabinetry specified for waterfront-appropriate substrates and finishes.
• Grimsby and Beamsville Lake Ontario shore. Year-round homes and weekend properties. Often whole-home commissions including kitchens, bathrooms, and entertainment cabinetry.

For Niagara builders running custom-home projects or low-rise developments, our multi-residential team supplies builder packages. Project volumes range from 30 to 600 units, with weekly production averaging 50 to 100 kitchens.
