Custom Cabinetry in Toronto, Ontario

Designed, built, and installed in Toronto.

Lucvaa is a Toronto-based custom cabinetry manufacturer. Our facility, showroom, and design team operate from 31 Racine Road in Etobicoke, and we deliver and install custom cabinetry across the city, from downtown high-rises to detached homes in the inner suburbs. Toronto is our home market, and the one we serve at the highest density.

We design and build full custom cabinetry, not modified-catalogue boxes. Every kitchen, bathroom, closet, and built-in is manufactured in-house from raw materials and hardware.

sourced through our Canadian, European, and Asian supplier network, then installed by our own teams across the city.

How Lucvaa works in Toronto

Showroom-first or remote-first, your choice

Toronto clients can book either a showroom consultation at our Etobicoke location or a remote video consultation depending on what fits the project. The showroom is open by appointment so you have full attention from our design team.

Full in-house design

Toronto projects move through our standard five-stage design process: discovery, measurement, design development with 3D renderings, material and finish selection, and signed-off final design. Most residential designs complete in 3 to 5 weeks.

Manufacturing in Etobicoke

Lead time from signed order to ready for delivery is 6 to 10 weeks. Toronto delivery is direct from production to your home, sometimes the same day cabinets come off the line.

In-house installation

Toronto installation is handled by Lucvaa installers, not subcontracted. Most residential installations complete in 3 to 5 days; full-home packages run 7 to 14 days.

Toronto homes we build for

Toronto’s housing stock is one of the most varied in North America. The cabinetry has to match the home, not the other way around. A few of the project types we see most:

  • Downtown condos in CityPlace, King West, Liberty Village, the Distillery District, Yorkville. Compact layouts where every storage decision matters; integrated panel-ready appliances and full-height pantry walls are common upgrades.
  • Pre-war detached and semi-detached homes in The Annex, Cabbagetown, Riverdale, Roncesvalles, the Beaches. Heritage construction with out-of-square walls and variable ceilings: cabinetry built with appropriate scribes, fillers, and tolerances.
  • Mid-century homes in Leaside, North York, Don Mills, Etobicoke. Often being modernized: open-concept kitchens, wall-to-wall layouts with integrated panel-ready fridges and tall pantry walls.
  • High-end renovations in Forest Hill, Rosedale, Lawrence Park, Hoggs Hollow. Custom door profiles, premium finishes, full-height pantry walls, and complete whole-home cabinetry packages including bathrooms, closets, mudrooms, and built-ins.
  • Scarborough, North York, and Etobicoke family homes. Practical, durable kitchens designed for daily use, with deep drawer systems, organized pantry storage, and finishes that hold up to family wear.

What we build

Lucvaa designs and manufactures the full residential cabinetry range for Toronto homes: kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in and reach-in closets, home offices, laundry rooms, mudrooms, entertainment walls, and living-room built-ins.

Multi-residential & builder projects

For Toronto-area builders and developers running condo or low-rise multi-residential projects, our multi-residential team handles spec packages from 30 to 600 units. Our manufacturing capacity averages 50 to 100 kitchens per week and scales to match your construction schedule.
