York Region stretches from Vaughan and Markham at the northern edge of Toronto up to Lake Simcoe at Georgina. Lucvaa designs, manufactures, and installs custom cabinetry across the full region: dense urban sections in Thornhill and Markham, established suburbs in Richmond Hill and Aurora, country estates in King and Kleinburg, and lakefront properties on Lake Simcoe.

Manufacturing is at our Etobicoke facility; delivery covers the full region from same-day for Vaughan to scheduled freight for Georgina. Installation is handled directly by Lucvaa’s own teams across York.

How Lucvaa works in York

Showroom or remote consultation

Southern York (Vaughan, Markham, Thornhill) is 25 to 45 minutes from our showroom; northern York (Aurora, Newmarket, Georgina) is 60 to 90 minutes. Most clients start with a showroom visit, but remote consultations with sample kits are an option for clients further north.

In-house design

Standard Lucvaa five-stage process. York residential projects complete design in 3 to 5 weeks.

Direct delivery

Lead time from signed order to ready for delivery is 6 to 10 weeks. Same-day delivery is often available for Vaughan and southern York Region once manufacturing is complete.

Lucvaa-employed installation

York installations are handled by our own teams. Typical residential installation runs 3 to 5 days on site.

• King, Kleinburg, Schomberg. Country estates and rural property renovations. High-end whole-home commissions are typical, including kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in closets, mudrooms, home offices, and library or entertainment built-ins.
• Georgina and Lake Simcoe. Year-round homes and four-season cottages on Lake Simcoe. Cabinetry specified for moisture-appropriate substrates and lakefront-appropriate finishes.

York is a strong builder market for Lucvaa, particularly Vaughan, Markham, and Aurora, where condo and low-rise developments are active. Our multi-residential team supplies full in-suite packages from 30 to 600 units per project.
